Player Handbook Vol III, the OnAir Academy, is available.
Vol I explains how the game works. Vol II explains what every button does. Neither tells you what to do first, and in what order.
That is what the Academy is for: getting-started guides, one per chapter, each walking you through a single sub-system step by step, from first click to first paycheck.

What is inside
It runs to 27 chapters and 203 pages, following the path a player actually takes:
- Getting airborne: installing the Companion, connecting your simulator, Onboarding mode, your first freelance charter and scheduled routes
- Your first company: moving to Career, your first aircraft, your first company job, crew and fleet readiness
- Repeatable operations: FBOs and FBO jobs, work orders, company routes and multi-aircraft networks
- Industry and beyond: from planning an activity to running a production line, then basecamps, owned airports, virtual airlines and special missions
Read it in order if you are starting out, or jump straight to the sub-system you are about to try. Dates, prices and company figures in the examples are illustrations, not promises.
The Academy follows the app, which is still in beta, so its chapters keep being updated and new ones are added. It will also be translated into other languages later on.
Vol II is now available in six languages
The Companion Reference, which documents the app screen by screen, has been translated into German, Spanish, French, Italian and Japanese, alongside the original English.
All volumes are on the wiki: OnAir Player Handbooks.
