FSQuest’s Pandemic 4 runs on the VATSIM network from 22 to 30 August. Pilots collect virus samples from infected cities, ferry them to a lab, and race to find a cure before the clock runs out. The whole event lives at game.fsquest.com.

For those nine days, OnAir turns the event’s airports into paid charter work inside your airline career. You fly for FSQuest and for your own company at the same time.

It pays more on VATSIM

No registration on our side, every OnAir pilot can take the event charters. What changes is the fare: +25% offline, +50% connected to VATSIM. Enter your CID under Settings → Flight Sim, and connect before you accept, the fare is set when you take the job.

Where to find them

In the Companion: the FSQuest button on the dashboard’s Charters card, or Freelance Job under Operations CentreVATSIM tab. Event jobs carry an EVT tag and are listed first. Lab runs are round trips; city-to-city jobs are single relay legs. The board is redrawn once a day across the event’s 40 airports, so there’s always something to fly from where you are.

Making it count

OnAir pays you either way, but the event itself is scored on FSQuest’s side, and they ask two things. First, register on their Discord with /register, that is what makes you a participant, and it gives you a UNO callsign to enter in the Settings tab of game.fsquest.com. Second, file each leg in the Dispatch tab there, accepting the job in OnAir tells them nothing. Then just fly it; landing is what scores.

The event is FSQuest’s, questions about samples or scoring go to their Discord; questions about OnAir come to our support. On 30 August the campaign ends by itself, the whole day counts, and any job already accepted stays yours to finish.
